Your wedding is as unique as you and your photography should be seen as an investment for the future, something to treasure. Once you've got married, eaten your cake and been on your honeymoon all you have left are your photographs so it will be worth spending a little bit extra to make sure those memories are with you for a lifetime and also for future generations.
Looking forward to your special day? Planning the honeymoon, writing the invitations, buying the dresses, buying or hiring the suits, the list goes on. What an exciting time but you will have worries, we all do. Will it be too hot, will it rain? If it rains, I'll always find somewhere indoors to take your wedding photographs and make them look just as good as if they were taken outside. A bit of cloud helps though as people won't be squinting in the bright sunshine and the light will be more flattering with less harsh shadows. However, I have been known to stand in the rain, camera in one hand and brolly in the other while all the guests were on the hotel veranda in the dry and I nailed the group shot. There is always a plan X!
I'll shoot your wedding in your preferred style, whether that's formal, documentary, candid or a mixture of all three and while I'll do my best to capture your images in your own style, please note that images you may have seen on other websites such as Pinterest etc., are usually staged in a studio and and are difficult to replicate in the real world. I'll ask you to provide a list of "must have" shots for portrait/family/group portraits and will work from that. If you have a particular idea in mind, we can discuss this at the pre wedding meeting which is included with all my photography collections and if we meet at a local cafe etc., then the coffee or tea if you prefer, will be on me.
I will be with you from bride/and or groom preparation up until at least 10pm as I believe your day should be captured in its entirety, leaving nothing to chance. If I'm only with you for just a few hours or half a day, your photographs may well be rushed due to time limits. At least if I'm with you all day there will be an opportunity to resume the photographs after you have had your meal etc. All my main photography collections include an album from a stunning Italian style wedding album with two free parent/guest albums to a luxury true photographic album, Book and USB set to a Fine Art album.
Wedding albums shouldn't be seen as something stuck in that bottom drawer or gathering dust on the book shelf. They should be seen as an heirloom for future generations to look back on at proper photographs, not something on a USB or DVD which will degrade over time anyway. Each collection comes with a USB similar to the one shown below.
The same goes for prints so why not commit a few of your favourite images to print and take advantage of my print offer - Thirty six 6x4in prints in a presentation box or if you prefer, I can do from 8x6in up to 15x10in mounted prints, all at very reasonable prices, ask for more details.
If you prefer, we can build your very own bespoke photography collection but please note that minimum charges will apply. To obtain a price list, please use the contact form on the "BROCHURE" page.
As choosing your photographer is a big decision, I'll hold your date for seven days after the initial consultation/receipt of booking form. If the booking fee isn't received within that time, the date will be made available to others. The booking fee, which is 25% of the total amount will be deducted from the final balance which becomes due four (4) weeks before the wedding.
